Export control legal situation:

• Test systems manufactured by Inframet have been designed as general purpose metrological apparatus.
• Test systems manufactured by Inframet are under HS Code 9027 50 00 "Other instruments and apparatus using optical radiation (UV, visible, IR)".
•  Inframet products are not in the list of the double-use goods in EC Regulation No WE 428/2009 "Community regime for the control of exports, transfer, brokering and transit of dual-use items".
• According to our present knowledge Inframet test systems are not listed in any of EU trade restrictions/sanctions laws.

Commercial situation:

• Export license is not needed to procure Inframet products for customers from countries not listed in EU trade restriction laws (HS code: 9027 50 00) . Inframet sells freely  its products to customers from such countries.  List of countries under trade restrictions: https://www.tariffnumber.com/2022/90275000.
• Inframet shall not deliver its products to specific companies/institutions/persons listed in EU trade restriction/sanctions laws.
•  Inframet can  optionally deliver its products to customers from countries under EU trade restrictions/sanctions if potential customer is not directly listed on sanctions list but only after consulting export control authorities. Potential buyer is expected to deliver Information about the final customer.
•  Warning: Do not propose Inframet to circumvent the EU trade restrictions/sanctions because such offer shall be immediately  rejected.
